📣 About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, data-savvy, and passionate about using digital channels to deliver real-world impact.
🛠 Responsibilities
* Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
* Design and build ad creatives: static visuals, carousels, reels, videos, and motion graphics
* Oversee SEO and keyword strategy to improve website visibility
* Create or coordinate content for emails, blogs, landing pages, and social media
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
* Manage email marketing platforms and automation workflows (Zapier, etc)
* Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
✅ What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B and B2C environments
* Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools
* Proficient in automation tools such as Zapier
* Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
* Self-starter comfortable with remote work, deadlines, and autonomy
* Passion for healthcare, social impact, or mission-driven work
