How will you make a difference?
• Support the Front Office Manager in the daily management of the department: Ensure smooth operations and full compliance with the hotel's standards.
• Collaborate with the Front Office Manager: Managing schedules, budget control, training plans and development of the Front Office team, recruitment processes within the department, etc.
• Ensure the achievement of departmental objectives such as upselling targets and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate the Front Desk, Guest Experience, and Welcome Team: Ensure impeccable service, a motivated team, and alignment with the METT philosophy.
• Manage Front Office operations: Oversee check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, special requests, and daily operational control.
• Resolve and manage incidents: Act promptly, discreetly, and professionally in complex situations.
• Coordinate with other departments: Facilitate internal communication to optimize operational flow and enhance the guest experience.
Are you the person we are looking for?
• Proven experience in Front Office: Minimum of 3 years in luxury hotels or high-end resorts, with experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills: Able to coordinate teams and maintain high service standards.
• Proficiency in hotel systems and multiple languages: Experience with Opera Cloud PMS, advanced English, and knowledge of Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Teamwork and resilience: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and maintain excellence under pressure.
