What You Will Do
* Design and implement novel AI-driven components of our platform.
* Apply state-of-the-art research in NLP, LLMs, and generative AI to production systems.
* Lead experiments in fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment of advanced models.
* Develop efficient pipelines for large-scale data and model training.
* Collaborate with engineering and product teams to turn research into practical solutions.
* Publish technical articles, internal papers, and contribute to our knowledge base.
* Stay at the frontier of AI by evaluating new research and integrating findings.
️ About You
This role requires a PhD in AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
* PhD with strong research experience in AI/ML (NLP, generative AI, or similar).
* Proven record of publications, patents, or significant contributions to the AI field.
* Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
* Solid foundation in algorithms, optimization, and applied statistics.
* Hacker mentality: able to rapidly prototype, experiment, and adapt.
* Comfortable bridging research and engineering: from theory to production.
* Team player with a collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
