The role offers career growth, personal development, training and cutting‑edge technologies in a hybrid setting.What you will do in this role- Update the existing customer database (identify the right decision maker).- Reach out to key contacts and qualify their interest for the two value propositions: business travel and meetings/events.- Transfer qualified leads to our internal client sales teams (“group desks”) to schedule meetings.- Develop the sales and profitability of the customer portfolio according to account plans, portfolio & marketing plans, and country sales strategy.- Improve customer experience through proactive sales work.- Manage the client portfolio.Qualifications- Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian and English.- Experience in prospecting and B2B customer management.- Expertise in inside sales B2B activities.- Outstanding negotiation skills (e.G., reactivating sleeping customers, prospect and lead qualification, scheduling meetings, product and solutions presentation).- Self‑motivated and proactive attitude to develop new prospects and close deals.- Ability to understand client needs and learn quickly.- Knowledge or interest in the hotel industry (desired).Benefits- Full‑time, 39 hours per week with a permanent contract (Monday‑Friday, 09:00–18:00).- Salary: €20,640 gross per year + up to €4,800 gross in bonus and private medical insurance.- Great office location in Malaga.- Full paid training on the company and the project.- Career development programs and specialized courses.Equal Employment OpportunityConcentrix is an equal‑opportunity employer.
