-Key Tasks:
* Define and execute the vehicle sales strategy and annual sales targets for the Spanish market;
* Develop sales plans, pricing guidance, and volume allocation based on market and competitive analysis;
* Build and manage the local vehicle sales organization, including regional and dealer sales teams;
* Establish sales processes, KPIs, target-setting, and performance management systems;
* Manage dealer sell-in and sell-out performance to ensure achievement of sales targets;
* Monitor dealer inventory, pricing discipline, and retail execution;
* Implement dealer incentive programs and commercial policies in coordination with HQ and Dealer Network teams.
* Deliver vehicle sales volume, revenue, and market penetration objectives;
* Ensure pricing consistency and prevent channel conflicts or margin erosion;
* Oversee vehicle inventory planning, stock turnover, and risk mitigation;
* Collaborate closely with After Sales, Dealer Network, Product, Marketing, Finance, and HQ teams;
-Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
* 10+ years of automotive vehicle xqysrnh sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role;
* OEM or major automotive group experience required; EV / NEV experience is a strong plus;
* Experience in launching or scaling vehicle sales operations in Europe is highly preferred.

* English: Business-fluent (mandatory)
* Mandarin Chinese is a plus
