Benefit To You

What You Need
Passion for early education and positively impacting youthReliable transportation and a valid Drivers LicenseHigh School Diploma and at least 18 years oldEligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.Coaching and playing experience is preferred but not required. We will train you!

a Day In The Life
Safely manage a class of up to 15 childrenImplement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character developmentArrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and familiesMaintain equipment and manage your class rostersGo home knowing you made a difference
Our Hiring Process
4-day trial- where you are able to see the program in action by observing and doing some coaching with our coaches. During this time, we will pay you per session once completed for all sessions you are coaching or assisting.2-week training period. This will be scheduled once we have discussed with you and coaches you were partnered with and both sides want to continue. During this phase you will again be paired with our staff coaches, and asked to assist or coach sessions at various locations during the week. During this step, we will also begin your background check process, and hiring paperwork. You will also be asked to complete online training videos to help you see and continue to learn the Soccer Shots Process.When you officially start working with us as an independent coach, your pay per session will be $20.
