You'll provide high-quality customer support in Dutch and English, assisting customers with inquiries related to sound equipment and technical support. Your goal will be to ensure a smooth, positive, and solution-oriented customer experience.
Qualifications
* Bilingual level of Dutch
* Advanced level of English (B2–C1)
* At least 1 year of customer service experience
* Knowledge or interest in sound equipment is highly valued
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Advanced Spanish is a plus
On-site training will take place at our offices in Los Remedios, Seville.
