Based on your performance and business needs, you may have the opportunity to continue your career with us after the program.LocationValencia, SpainDuration6 months internship, 30‑40 hours per week (Construction Internship: 25 hours per week)Recruitment ProcessMay – AugustStart Date1st October 2026Teams and Responsibilities- Supply Chain (Procurement, Planning & Logistics) - Gain a broad view of Supply Chain by rotating across procurement, planning, and logistics, supporting purchasing activities, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.- Key skills: analytical mindset, process improvement focus (including automation), and strong communication.- Plant Operations Engineering (POE) - Support plant operations by managing technical documentation (layouts, electrical, mechanical, and architectural plans), maintaining digital records, coordinating with cross‑functional teams, and assisting with facilities, maintenance, and engineering services.- Key skills: organization and attention to detail, hands‑on mindset, strong collaboration;
interest in manufacturing processes, maintenance, and continuous improvement.- Construction - Support construction activities by coordinating on‑site tasks, reviewing installations, and contributing to project execution.- Key skills: organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage documentation, including maintenance manuals, quality certificates, and spare parts lists.- Project Management – Business Intelligence & Data Management - Support project and portfolio management by optimizing processes, automating manual tasks, and working with data and systems to improve planning and execution.- Key skills: analytical mindset, interest in data management and automation, proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project.- Business Excellence - Support the implementation of business excellence tools across production, working with cross‑functional teams to improve processes, define metrics, and enhance visual management systems.- Key skills: process improvement mindset, collaboration, and interest in operations, data, and continuous improvement.What You’ll Need- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Maintenance Engineering, or a related engineering field.
