We continue to grow and are looking to incorporate a Production Engineer who wants to be part of a dynamic team, working for an international project and in a growth and expansion process for the coming years. The main goal of this position is to optimize and standardize production processes.
Responsibilities Identify the incidences in order to improve the processes.
Manage the quality of the production.
Analyze and standardize the processes.
Propose improvements.
Operative training.
KPI and quality objectives.
Qualifications Proactivity, resolution and goal in action and in the delivery of value.
Creative and positive attitude.
Great desire to learn and contribute new knowledge to the company.
Client orientation.
Between 2 and 5 years of experience in a similar position.
High level of English (for negotiation and communication with international clients).
Excel knowledge.
Ability to relate to people.
Management capacity.
Analytical ability.
