As an Industrial Engineer focusing on electricity, you will optimise product manufacturing and downstream processes. You'll collaborate with R&D; and Engineering to ensure efficient, safe production with compliant documentation. You'll design electrical interconnections with manufacturing in mind and drive improvements that raise efficiency and quality. This role sits in a multidisciplinary team closely tied to production, with meaningful impact on how our products run in the field.

- Design electrical interconnections with downstream manufacturing in mind and prepare procurement documentation
- Clarify product requirements and manufacturing aspects with R&D;, Engineering, and Product Management
- Develop and calculate modifications to increase production efficiency and contribute to re-engineering
- Provide detailed product specifications and parts information for completion
- Plan equipment layout, tools, and IT programs;
contribute to manufacturing workflow design
- Analyze pilot-series manufacturing sequences and assess pre-series manufacturability;
propose changes
- Lead improvement projects on site or unit level, coordinating with other engineering functions and external vendors
- Ensure proper process and product documentation
Responsabilidades
- Degree in Industrial Engineering with focus on Electricity or similar
- Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in related technical activities
- Strong skills in EPLAN Harness and CATIA
- Knowledge of CREO and PLM is a plus
- B2-level English
- Analytical, proactive, communicative, operational and flexible
