Estamos comprometidos as a ayudar a nuestros clientes a crear mejores productos en un mundo mejor y más sostenible.The purpose of the roleThe Profitability & Pricing Manager is responsible for Developing and implementing long and short-term pricing strategies, product & segment profitability to effectively achieve profit and growth objectives.Lead analytical support for senior leadership, Marketing, Sales, and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute value-added pricing strategies and business proposals.Oversee departmental policies that ensure Sales team actively recommending target pricing strategies/guidelines at the client level to achieve desired business results, and through regular analysis, identifies and implements actions needed to pursue profit improvements. Continuously reviews and implements improvements to the existing pricing process, guidelines, and strategies. while keeping standardization of best practice principles. These principles include:- Value-added pricing - Implement and reinforce value-added pricing approach price increases driven by value and market, not just raw material costs.- Utilization of IT Tools - Implement & leverage IT system improvements across Europe & Africa (implement Protocols, Baseline vs. Presente report, use of RMF, etc.)- Efficient Turnaround Time - Create efficiencies across EU&A; pricing process to improve turnaround time to Sales & customers- Proactive Review of RM Costs - Implement systematic review of raw material cost changes, review with Sales, and communication to customer to ensure pricing is covering all RM escalation across the business.- Intercompany Pricing - Develop & implement standardized intercompany pricing model and transaction process to ensure smooth execution of North American projects**Responsibilities**:Functional Responsibilities- Ensure pricing activities are completed in an effective and efficient manner utilizing best practices across EU&A-; Ensure proactive review of raw material cost changes and communication to Sales and customer in order to protect Griffith margin.- Lead sales volume and pricing efforts for annual budget process and quarterly forecast process. Ensure alignment in process and reporting across EU&A.-; Teach and utilize and value-added pricing approach for price increases where appropriate. This should be driven by value and market, not just costs.- Ensure consistent approach to pricing aligned with LRP initiatives, including standardized margin guidelines aligned with LRP, market segment, and product categories.Improvements- Act as Business Process Leader for pricing/profitability functions related to Griffith ERP of Microsoft D365. This position is considered the resident expert on setup, use, and improvement of pricing/profitability functions within D365.- Implement & leverage IT system improvements across EU&A; (implement Protocols, Baseline vs. Actual report, use of RMF, etc.)- Develop & implement standardized intercompany pricing model and transaction process to ensure smooth execution of EU&A; projects- Develop & implement enhanced business intelligence to provide guidance & metrics to drive our LRP initiatives and improve business performance across EU&A;, including Commercial Metrics (Health & Nutrition reporting, Where to Play metrics, RAPI metrics, CRM metrics ROI metrics, segment scorecards, treasure maps, standardized segment P&L;'s, product category analytics).- Maintain a “Continue Improvement” mindset in order to move EU&A; forward new and better items for pricing/profitability.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in accounting or finance from a four year college or university.- Typically, this role would required 7+ years related experience- MBA preferred- Excellent analytical, computer and communication skills- Strong business sense with quick decision-making ability- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent project management, organisation, and time management skillsLI-HybridTrabajar en Griffith FoodsSomos una empresa familiar atenta en la que todas las personas tienen la oportunidad de crecer, seguir su propio propósito personal y alcanzar plenitud en el trabajo.
