Introducing smoke-free products shifts the focus of our entire business. We’re moving from a B2B to a B2C model – and our newly created Customer Centric Organization (CCO) team is driving that commercial transformation. Their role is to understand customer journeys in different markets and find the best ways to connect with smokers and encourage them to switch to reduced-risk products.
Job Description: Manager Location Planning & Analysis
Purpose of the role: Supports the design, analysis, and execution of global location strategies by delivering data-driven insights, supporting workforce placement decisions, and maintaining analytical tools. Focuses on analytics, modeling, and reporting to enable strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement.
Individual Accountabilities
* Develop location strategy scenarios and support their integration into the Long-Range Planning process.
* Support location recommendations through scenario modeling and analysis.
* Conduct location analyses to support operational and strategic decisions using data-driven insights.
* Manage Power BI dashboards and automated tools for tracking requests.
* Track performance metrics and support KPI reporting for location planning.
* Maintain datasets and assist in data cleansing and management.
Individual Responsibilities
* Improve location validation processes and review location performance regularly.
* Create processes for evolving location footprints considering future needs and external factors.
* Collaborate with P&C, Tax, Global Mobility, and Finance teams for data modeling.
* Engage with global functions and stakeholders to influence and improve location strategies.
Critical Experience and Capabilities
* Minimum 7 years in consulting, location management, analysis, or strategy development.
* Strong data analysis skills; proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
* Strategic thinking, learning agility, and storytelling abilities.
* Stakeholder engagement at various seniority levels.
* Creativity, adaptability, and trustworthiness.
* Experience with AI solutions is preferred.
