WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data risk/security standards (ISO 27001, NIST, EBIOS RM)
• 10+ years experience in data governance / data risk & security, including leadership in multicultural environments
• Proven track record implementing privacy and security controls in complex, cross‐functional contexts
• Experience working with top management and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with IT/Cyber, Legal, Domains, and Business teams
• High attention to detail and ability to manage several initiatives in parallel
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
• Identify, assess, and manage data risks (privacy, security, classification) across CXCT activities, defining and following up action plans with key stakeholders
• Support project teams in deploying privacy and risk frameworks and ensuring proper adoption of standards
• Contribute to data breach resolution and incident management in collaboration with dedicated teams
• Define, maintain, and enforce privacy and security policies aligned with regulations and internal standards
• Act as Privacy Champion for all topics related to personal data protection and project compliance
