- Leadership role in overseeing MOVPE nitride epitaxy, sputtering and analystic process sustaining under high volume manufacturing environment
- Responsible for overall epitaxy, aputtering and analytic process group, initiate the acquisition of all resources needed, i.E. personnel and equipment, optimize all resources for greater flexibility.
- Supporting production to achieve delivery target, drive continuous improvement on process and maintenance of equipment.
- Responsible for process synchronization activities, new product transfer or new capacity extension and support development activities. Initiate and establish Operational Excellence, implement systematical approach for process control, problem solving, and continuous improvement in yield and quality
- Taking lead in team development activities, culturing high performance team behaviors;
coach and motivate own and cross functional team to make things happen & welcome changes. Demostrate and drive process KPIs, excursion management as integral components of technical support to operations team
- Coach, mentor and provide development support to technical team, as role model in technical engineering profession, leaders who bring enthusiasm, passion and energy.
Who we are looking for
- PhD, Master, Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Physic, chemical engineering or related technical study is preferred.
Experience of >
5 years in semiconductorfield. Exposure to epitaxy related job scope is added advantage.
- Able to work within a team. Able to contribute as a key player.
- To participate or to lead a project.Working cross functional with local and general team in Germany.
- Manager or senior manager role in process engineering or development field.
