AltaIR Capital has partnered with Harbour.Space Institute of Technology to offer a fully funded Master's degree scholarship in Computer Science or Data Science, along with hands‐on work experience as a DevOps Engineer at one of AltaIR's high‐growth portfolio startups.

Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure for AI agents, APIs, and internal tools.
Own environments (dev/staging/prod), networking, secrets, and access management.
Build CI/CD pipelines for Python/LLM services and prompt/agent configs.
Set up monitoring/alerting for agent services, model endpoints, queues, data jobs, and costs.
Proactively detect drift, latency spikes, API failures, and scaling bottlenecks.
Help standardize logging/telemetry for agents (inputs/outputs, tool calls, success metrics).
Optimize GPU/CPU usage, caching, and batching to control cost and latency.
Implement best practices for secrets management, data access, and auditability.
Ensure safe handling of user data and LLM interaction logs.
Qualifications
2+ years in DevOps or adjacent roles.
Strong Python and TypeScript.
CI/CD expertise for Python microservices and APIs.
Observability mindset: metrics, logs, traces, and alerting.
Comfort working with model/agent deployments.
Pragmatic, startup‐friendly attitude: optimize for speed and stability.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ownership of production systems.
Cost optimization experience in cloud + compute‐heavy stacks.
Prior work in early‐stage startups or fast‐moving product teams.
Benefits

6 hours internship per day at AltaIR Capital.
Opportunity to join the company full‐time after graduation.
Study Commitment
3 hours/day.
You will complete 14 modules (each three weeks long) in one year. Daily class workload is 3 hours, plus homework to complete in your own time.
Work Commitment
6 hours/day.
