Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute country-specific sales strategies to meet revenue, profitability, and market share goals via distributors, and direct project business.
* Manage relationships with distribution partners, including onboarding new ones, providing training, monitoring performance, and driving end user sales.
* Overseeing the performance of our sales agents and working them in respective regions to maximise sell-through.
* Conduct market analysis, track competitor activities, and gather sell-through data to optimize product portfolios and pricing.
* Being present and available to staff various exhibitions and events in support of the general sales and marketing priorities assigned by European sales head.
Required Skills And Experience
* Proven track record in B2B sales management within Europe. Ideally in tableware, hospitality, or consumer goods. Preferably with 3-5+ years experience.
* Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, CRM usage, and reporting on sales forecasts and partner performance.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with fluency in English and preferably the local language.
* Expectation to travel frequently; at least 50% of working days.
* An excellent team player who can communicate effectively and timely with the overseas Head Office and Factory. Self-driven and accountable for remote work.
Performance Metrics
* Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within the team strategy assigned by the European sales head.
* Expand distributor networks, and improve partner sell-through with end user groups.
* Regularly report on market trends, pipeline accuracy, and development plans for each region/sector.
