Experteer Overview In this role you will grow Croda’s Pharma customer base in Spain and Portugal by blending technical discussions with market insight. You will support sales teams with product knowledge, represent Croda at industry events, and shape regional product launch plans. You will conduct market research, develop action plans, and liaise with regional stakeholders to expand opportunities. This is a hybrid Barcelona position in a globally focused, science-driven company with a commitment to sustainability and innovation.
Compensaciones / Incentivos • Develop the customer base for the pharma division (ingredients and solutions) through new opportunities and technical-commercial discussions • Generate awareness for Croda in Spain and Portugal • Conduct market research and create action plans to expand the customer base • Organize and participate in key industry events and professional associations • Support sales representatives with technical knowledge relevant to customers • Deploy/adapt product launch strategy to regional needs • Liaise with regional and local stakeholders
Responsabilidades • 2+ years in technical roles, business development or sales in pharma • Degree in Life Sciences or related discipline; preferably Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Biochemistry • Master’s degree or higher in Biology/Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical Sciences is a plus • Strong analytical skills for data summaries and recommendations • Knowledge of Pharma market in Spain and Portugal desirable • Ability to conduct market research and develop action plans • Experience organizing/participating in industry events is desirable • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong commercial/sales acumen; ability to work independently and in a team • Proficiency in MS Office; fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan/Portuguese a plus • Valid driving license
