In this role you will support the implementation and ongoing operation of Liebherr's Information Security Risk Management Product. You will identify, document, and track risks across the Liebherr group, delivering executive dashboards and insights. You will operate at the intersection of risk governance and practical risk handling, collaborating with IT, business, and security experts.

This position offers a hybrid, internationally oriented environment with opportunities to shape risk management processes and reporting for a global organization.

- Maintain and update risk registers, track ownership, mitigation plans, residual risk, and status; ensure data completeness and traceability of risk decisions.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments across the organization; evaluate likelihood, impact, and residual risk; prepare executive summaries for the Product Owner.
- Support risk governance and reporting, develop dashboards and reports using BI tools, and track KRIs and KPIs; monitor risk treatment effectiveness.
- Contribute to process improvements for risk assessment and treatment workflows; maintain risk management templates and documentation; support audits and regulatory compliance activities.

Responsabilidades
\n
- 3+ years of experience in information security, IT security, risk management or related roles
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800-39, NIST CSF, and ISO/IEC 27005 concepts
- Experience with risk registers, reporting tools, and producing risk indicators and reports
- Ability to manage stakeholders across IT, OT, engineering and xugodme business management in complex environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); German language skills are advantageous
- Willingness and ability to travel to Liebherr sites worldwide up to 10%
