Role Mission The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing strategies to acquire qualified leads through SEM, Paid Media, and retargeting campaigns .
\n
This role will be key in driving the acquisition of buyers and sellers through campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising platforms, continuously optimizing cost per lead, lead quality, and return on ad spend .
\n
The role will work closely with the SEO/UX, CRM & Marketing Automation, and Web/CRO teams to maximize conversion across the entire digital funnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Paid Media Strategy & Growth

Design and implement the digital lead acquisition strategy across different business lines:

- Resale properties
- New developments
- Owner lead generation
- Rental properties
Define hypotheses, tests, and an experimentation framework ( A/B testing ) to improve:\n
- CPL (Cost per Lead)
- CVR (Conversion Rate)
- Campaign ROI
- Lead quality
Develop a performance marketing framework that enables campaigns to scale efficiently.\n
- Campaign Management & Optimization

Manage and optimize campaigns across different advertising platforms:

- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Demand Gen)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Retargeting campaigns
Key responsibilities include:\n
- Campaign structure definition
- Budget management
- Bid optimization
- Keyword and audience analysis
- Creative and copy optimization
Implement multi-channel retargeting strategies to maximize conversion from users who have already interacted with the brand or property listings.\n
- Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics tools .

Responsible for measuring and optimizing:

- Cost per lead

- Contribution to sales
Create regular performance reports with actionable insights to improve acquisition strategies.\n
Technical Requirements

Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation .

Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms:

Solid understanding of:\n
- Marketing and conversion funnels

- Campaign optimization
- Data analysis and attribution models
