British School of Valencia (BSV) is a private British school for students aged 2 to 18 years old located in the city centre of Valencia.

About the role
As an IT Support and Administration professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all IT infrastructure within the school. Your responsibilities will include managing the servers, web services, and communication systems like email and Office 365, ensuring their security and functionality for both internal and external users. You will also provide direct IT support to staff and students, helping with hardware and software issues, managing inventory, and preparing devices for use. Additionally, you will assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and maintaining documentation. Your work will contribute to creating a productive and secure environment for staff and students, ensuring that technology is accessible and operational at all times. You will work closely with the school’s leadership team and external contacts, ensuring all IT and administrative needs are met promptly and effectively.
This is a part-time, permanent position (20 hours a week) with a September 2025 start date.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and flexible individual with a strong background in IT support and administration. You should have excellent technical knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Office, servers, networks, and security systems. Experience with audiovisual systems and a bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable. You must be able to multitask, prioritise effectively, and work well under pressure, providing support to both staff and students.
