Flomunity is looking for a Co-founder / COO
Location : Madrid or Remote (with flexible coordination hours)
Are you passionate about social innovation, meaningful human connection, and building something from the ground up? At Flomunity, we’re creating a digital ecosystem to help people exchange time, skills, and support in real life—redefining how we live, work, and care for each other.
We're now looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join as Co-founder, helping us build and scale the operational core of this mission-driven venture.
We aim to spark a shift toward new forms of wellbeing, rooted in human networks that foster connection, empower skills, and reduce our environmental footprint.
We dream of cities where giving and receiving help is as easy as grabbing a coffee. Where neighborhoods act as mutual support systems. Where wellbeing is not dependent on consumption, but on meaningful human encounters.
Flomunity facilitates meaningful local connections, enabling people to exchange help, time, and knowledge within their communities. Through a geolocated app, we activate collaborative economies that promote personal wellbeing, strengthen social bonds, and reduce environmental impact.
We’re building a platform where peer services, skill-sharing, bartering, and volunteer support are just a tap away—for those who are ready to live in a more connected, just, and conscious way.
Who we're looking for (COO / Co-founder) :
* Startup-minded with a bias for action and strong ownership.
* Experience in operations, product, or service design—especially in early-stage ventures.
* Process-oriented with the ability to turn vision into execution.
* Strong leadership, people, and decision-making skills.
* Deep sensitivity to social impact, community dynamics, or alternative economies .
* Ability to work hands-on with uncertainty and iteration.
Nice-to-have :
1. Experience in platform marketplaces, local services, or circular economy.
2. Familiarity with fundraising, incubation programs, or strategic partnerships.
3. A passion for building systems that are efficient and human-centered.
