We're looking for someone who is using new platforms such as Twitch, Tik Tok, Youtube, and Snapchat, targeting a young audience to help build my client's online presence.
Job Description:
As the Commercial Assistant and Sales Support, you will be the sole person dedicated to their commercial operations. You will work directly with the CEO to manage customer relationships and, with the Digital Marketer, handle sales inquiries and support all commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Constantly optimize the funnels on their website.
* Follow website statistics to improve leads to sales conversion.
* Operate daily commercial operations and administrative tasks.
* Manage customer relationships and communications.
* Prepare and manage documentation, proposals, and contracts.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments.
* Handle customer digital inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
* Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
* Prepare sales reports and conduct sales analysis.
* Implement and follow up on marketing and sales campaigns (with the Digital Marketer).
* Manage logistics for events, meetings, and presentations.
* Establish and manage partnerships.
* Collaborate with the CEO and other departments to ensure alignment and efficiency in commercial activities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Knowledge of the online poker industry and culture.
Preferred Skills:
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Familiarity with digital marketing (influencers).
* Commercial skills in B2C, B2B, and B2B2C.
Salary up to €35,000pa & variable & Bonus working on a hybrid model in Malaga City.
