KWS Semillas Iberica is looking for a Head of Sales Spain & Portugal (m/f/d). The main purpose of the position is to lead the cross-functional team of KWS Semillas Iberica in sales, maximizing synergies between crops and developing a dynamic and high-performing team. This is a full-time and permanent position.

Main duties and responsibilities:

* Lead the cross-functional team of KWS Semillas Iberica in sales.
* Oversee the annual sales planning & forecast in partnership with the Head of Country of KWS Semillas Iberica, ensuring all targets are met.
* Collaboratively plan and define sales objectives and action plans with the sales team, incorporating analysis of performance, market conditions, financial trends, and customer needs to achieve national goals.
* Take the lead in restructuring our sales department with a customer-centric approach, maximizing synergies and creating a dynamic and high-performing team.
* Promote new ideas and initiatives to revolutionize our approach to sales, ensuring we stay ahead of the market in a rapidly evolving environment.
* Support global processes, projects, and initiatives regarding new business models.
* Serve as a passionate ambassador for our iconic brand, representing KWS with pride and enthusiasm.

Your profile:

* Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business Administration.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales with a proven leadership track record.
* In-depth knowledge of the agricultural business, market trends, and sectors like seeds, fertilizers, and crop protection.
* Knowledge of sales contracts and contract management principles.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
* Deep understanding of local culture, laws, and regulations, with excellent stakeholder management skills in evolving environments.
