Position Overview :
The Business Development Manager (BDM) for House Repair Claims will drive growth in the company's house repair claims services. The role involves developing relationships with clients, insurance providers, contractors, and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and aligning offerings with market needs to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities :
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
* Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies, homeowners, contractors, and property managers.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, events, and online platforms.
* Develop a sales pipeline, manage accounts, and close deals to meet targets.
* Coordinate with operations and repair teams to ensure timely service delivery.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer experience.
* Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide updates to senior management.
Key Functions
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts and achieve sales targets.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
* Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities.
* Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
* Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback.

Ideal Profile
Qualifications :
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Insurance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in insurance, construction, or house repair industries.
* Knowledge of home repair claims, insurance standards, and claims systems is a plus.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies.
