We are seeking an energetic and passionate Senior Software Engineer to join our fast-growing team in Spain. Collaborate closely with other frontend engineers to design, implement, and deploy frontend components for our product.
Participate actively in code reviews, identifying and applying best practices for JavaScript
Play an active role in frontend-related recruitment activities, including interviewing and evaluating candidates.
Serve as the focal point for the frontend guild.
Establishing and managing Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for frontend systems.
Drive the architectural vision for our front-end applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability by crafting and leading Architectural Design Reviews.
Stay current with front-end technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance our development processes.
Proficiency in Javascript (angular, React or Vue). React + Next + Typescript + Graphql. Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of frontend developers.
Passion for building products that solve real-world problems and enhance user experiences.
Strategic thinking with the ability to balance short-term solutions with long-term vision.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in a leadership role within a JavaScript development team (preferred).
English speaking and writing skills.

You will meet two of your future colleagues from the Software team, who will explain to you in more detail what the team's day-to-day life is and its responsibilities. In line with the previous one, you will meet two other members of the Software team, who will continue to deepen your knowledge at the level of methodologies, roles and previous projects, as well as in relation to your background in our reference technological environments.
