About the Martorell Plant
Our Sant Esteve Sesrovires facility is a lean-manufacturing, Just-In-Time seating hub with around 200 employees, supplying top OEMs and driving operational excellence within Lear’s global network.
Location : Martorell Plant, Spain | Reports To : HR Manager
Responsibilities
* HR Administration : Manage contracts, payroll, labor records and social-security filings.
* Employee Welfare : Roll out well-being and quality-of-life programs.
* Compliance & Safety : Enforce Spanish labor law, IATF 16949 EHS standards and champion on-site safety.
* Systems & Analytics : Operate SAP SuccessFactors / EC; track HR metrics and recommend process improvements.
* Advisory & Communication : Guide employees and managers; resolve conflicts and questions.
* Organization & Change : Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and adapt quickly to evolving needs.
Requirements
* Education : BS / BA in HR, Business Administration or equivalent.
* Experience : ≥2 years in HR administration (manufacturing environment preferred).
* Technical : Proficient with SAP SuccessFactors & Employee Central; advanced English.
* Skills : Deep knowledge of Spanish labor law & payroll processes
* Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
* Skills : Excellent organization, time-management and analytical problem-solving
* Skills : Team-oriented, proactive and adaptable in fast-paced settings
