The Role
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our data & insights team. Your primary responsibility will be to support business stakeholders with clear and actionable insights using Power Bi / Metabase. You'll play a key role in helping our teams make smarter decisions based on real data.
What You'll Do
Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power Bi / Metabase.
Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide insights and performance tracking
Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and platform trends
Assist in A / B testing and experiment evaluation
Ensure data quality and help optimize internal reporting processes
What We're Looking For
A degree in a relevant field (e.g. statistics, computer science, economics, or related)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Power Bi / Metabase (personal projects or internships are welcome)
Good knowledge of SQL
Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a data-driven environment
Fluent in Spanish and English; Dutch or French is a plus
Must be based in Madrid and able to travel.
