Over 2,500 people are employed within the UK where we carry out most of our research and development and manufacturing.**Mission**:The purpose of Service and Applications Engineer role is to technically support current Renishaw’s product range mainly focused on the Basque Country region. The individual will be responsible to support Renishaw’s product range which are mainly CMM probing systems and Equator Gaugin Systems.**Main responsibilities**:- CMM programming, R&R tests.- Installation and training of all industrial metrology products such as CMM probing systems and Equator Gauging Systems.- Technically support existing customers.- Support sales processes with technical assessments & benchmarks, pre-sales visits as required and attending exhibitions, demonstrating products.- Provide customer training of both hardware and software usage.- Create simple fixture designs to aid programming completion.- Liaise with customers and suppliers when delivering a turnkey package / program.- Support sales team such as exhibitions, pre-sales activities, product demos.**Requirements**:- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Metrology and programming CMM machines.- Minimum 2 years of work experience preferably in metal machining industry.- Higher level qualification (Industrial Metrology knowledge and, ideally, degree in an Engineering).- Basic knowledge in CAD/CAM software or machining of metal components.- Knowledge of various Metrology Software(s) is a plus.- Excellent spoken and written Spanish and good English level.- Considerable experience within an Engineering environment.- Driving licence.**You are the person we are looking for if you**:- Proactive and able to manage and prioritise own workload.- Excellent problem-solving skills to adapt our solutions to the product needs.- Highly organised, able to meet deadlines and manage its own projects.- Flexibility to face new requirements as they arise.**What we offer**:- Full remote working modality (quarterly based meetings in the office).- 50% domestic travelling (occasionally international).- Company car, mobile phone, and laptop.- Competitive salary.Tipo de puesto: Jornada completaSalario: 50.000,00€-60.000,00€ al añoBeneficios:- Coche de empresa- Formación en certificaciones profesionales- Jornada intensiva en verano- Jornada intensiva los viernes- Ordenador de empresa- Teléfono de empresaHorario:- De lunes a viernesDisponibilidad para viajar:- 50 % (Obligatorio)Ubicación del trabajo: Viajes periódicos
