GC Partners is a specialist financial exchange company with 6 general offices, including Hong Kong and Dubai. We help private and corporate clients move money at the best rate using 20 years of experience, bespoke technology, and dedicated customer service. We are rapidly expanding and are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our busy and growing Retail team in Mojaca.
Responsibilities
- Drive new client acquisition while managing a portfolio of existing affiliate clients to maximize revenue and build long‑term relationships.
- Identify and engage potential new clients within the target market, building and maintaining a pipeline to meet individual sales targets.
- Conduct regular check‑ins and reviews with affiliates, addressing concerns, fostering trust, and ensuring timely and efficient responses.
- Work closely with stakeholders to meet sales targets and ensure affiliates and clients receive excellent service.
- Represent GC Partners at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings to promote our unique selling propositions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in financial services, foreign exchange, or affiliate management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a portfolio of clients or affiliates effectively.
- Target‑driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and affiliate management platforms.

- Client acquisition and affiliate performance KPIs tied to revenue generation.
- Achievement of individual sales targets and overall portfolio growth.
- Effective management of the sales cycle for both new and existing clients.
