At Astek, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to join a high-impact international initiative with one of our key partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
You will be part of a global program with teams distributed across Europe, the US, and China, collaborating with multiple IT and business stakeholders in a highly regulated environment (Pharma R&D).
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and financial activities across multiple R&D IT systems
* Support the execution of system changes aligned with program objectives
* Act as a primary point of contact for global stakeholders (EU/US/Asia)
* Ensure alignment and communication across distributed teams
* Prepare program-level reports (status, risks, dependencies, progress)
* Anticipate risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive resolution
* Contribute to governance activities and continuous improvement within the program
Who You Are
* 5+ years of experience managing IT projects in international or multicultural environments
* Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Biotech, or regulated environments (highly valued)
* Project Management certifications (PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner)
* Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
* Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Delivery practices
* Hands-on experience with tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), HPSM, Jira
* Exposure to Release / Change Management processes
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* English C1/C2 (global environment)
* Availability to travel if required
