Amrest

**Responsabilities**:
- Provide rigorous and disciplined calendar management and arrange the daily schedule.
- Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts with little guidance; make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Provide high-quality service to key stakeholders cooperating with Management Team members - meeting arrangements, calendar, communication Flow.
- Organize travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed.
- Be the point of contact between the executives and company employees/clients and manage information flow confidentially.
- Ensure proper flow of documents - collaboration with Legal & Finance departments: collecting signatures on documents daily and in accordance with company representation depending on the needs.
