You drive the development and engagement of rising stars and emerging KOLs in transcatheter cardiology to advance evidence-based practices. In this cross-functional role, you connect Medical Affairs, Education, and country teams to build sustainable expert pipelines and tailor educational programs. You will shape the future of interventional cardiology through structured training, feedback-driven programs, and collaborative innovation. This is a strategic, globally-minded role at the intersection of science, training, and patient impact.

• Design and lead tailored educational and development pathways
• Build sustainable expert pipelines and identify future proctors
• Collaborate across countries and functions; engage with Edwards
• Track activities, collect feedback, and present progress by country
• Refine NextGen strategy with Director, including segmentation and scoring
• Proactively identify future potential proctors
• Create NextGen working group for ideation on healthcare in interventional xpzdshu cardiology, technology, research and training
• Lead dedicated events

Responsabilidades
• University degree and solid experience in Interventional Cardiology with knowledge of transcatheter procedures such as TAVI
• Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 60%
