HRIS Specialist & People Analytics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HRIS Projects Coordination

* Active member in current and future projects related to HRIS; any other ad-hoc projects assigned to the department.
* Coordinate HRIS projects, including creating project plans, meeting with business owners, participating in testing, and troubleshooting any testing system issues with IT departments.
* Oversee and actively support the roll-out of HRIS enhancements or new modules at a regional or global level across key HR areas: HR Core, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, and system integrations with IT and Finance.
* Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of HR digital initiatives.

HR Process & Support

* Provide application support and implementation through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities.
* Generate easy-to-maintain operational customizing respecting best practices.
* Operate required system tests using either provided or self-generated test data to ensure applications/developments meet agreed specifications.
* Provide documentation (both technical and functional) on issues handled.
* Manage personal daily priorities and support project priorities-ensure deadlines are met.
* Update and maintain HRIS data within various systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all employee transactions by monitoring automated systems for data accuracy and integrity.
* Act as the point of contact and assist HRBP/HR officers regarding data maintenance in the current HR systems.
* Liaise with the local IT team or external providers to resolve technical issues.

HRIS Continuous Improvement

* Support HRIS upgrades, new releases, and other technical projects as assigned.
* Recommend innovative solutions for internal and external HR system issues, enhancements, and customizations, while advocating best practices.
* Conduct monthly audits of international and local databases to maintain accurate HR data and address any changes needed.
* Ensure global data integrity; develop tools and audit processes to guarantee accurate and timely data.
* Prepare and train others on standard operating procedures and system functionality to ensure operational excellence.

People Analytics

* Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights on workforce metrics.
* Analyze HR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, supporting strategic HR decisions.
* Partner with HR leadership to define KPIs and reporting standards for talent, engagement, and performance.

Reporting & Security

* In collaboration with business stakeholders, create and maintain HRIS reports, procedures, and processes through audits, analysis, and data validations.
* Collaborate with business owners for educational and governmental reporting on data protection, IT audit, and compliance.
* Conduct audits in all areas of HR data including security, data protection, and compensation.

YOUR PROFILE

* Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Information System or related field.
* Qualifications related to HR processes are greatly appreciated.
* Other education in core business processes such as IT, financial, compliance & payroll backgrounds are welcome.
* Certifications in HRIS systems, data analytics, or project management (Agile/Waterfall) are a plus.
* 3-5 years of experience in HRIS implementation and support within a multinational environment with matrix organization.
* Sound knowledge and experience in implementing an HRIS with various modules talent, time, payroll, interfaces.
* Proven experience in People Analytics and dashboard development (Power BI preferred).
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate and lead HR technology projects.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and systems.
* Advanced skills in Power BI and data visualization.
* Project management capabilities with knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies as a plus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in English; French or Spanish is an advantage.
