Experteer Overview As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will oversee the quality management system to sustain continuous improvement. You will monitor quality indicators, lead CAPA activities, and coordinate QRM to preempt risks. You’ll drive alignment with regulatory standards and support inspections, audits, and supplier quality oversight. This role sits in the Quality Assurance area within Instituto Grifols SA, contributing to safe, compliant plasma-derived products across the organization.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system
- Monitor key quality indicators and evaluate the quality system
- Propose and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Manage CAPA activities to address quality issues
- Coordinate and supervise Quality Risk Management (QRM) processes
- Lead and oversee global quality projects
- Prepare and coordinate inspections with certification bodies and regulatory authorities
- Evaluate supplier quality systems and ensure material quality per standards
- Verify outsourced activities meet quality requirements and standards
- Prepare and present Product Quality Review (PQR) reports
- Manage quality agreements with third-party vendorsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Science (Biology, Chemistry, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar pharma role
- Strong GMP knowledge
- Advanced English
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- SAP user or similar ERP
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical, agile and decisive thinking
