**Your Mission as Customer Success Manager**
You will support our clients in getting the most out of the Kolsquare solution and finding ways to increase value and revenues.
Your job consists of:
* Building and managing long-term relationships (C-level to operations)
* Retaining and developing the customers portfolio
* Preventing Churn
* Driving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell
* Monitoring your KPIs and your monthly targets
* Sending commercial proposals
* Reaching monthly targets of retention and sales growth
* Being a team player and working closely with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
This job is tailored for you if:
* You are fluent in French, English, and native Spanish to manage complex discussions
* You have a proven experience in account management
* You have strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, organized, proactive, and independent
* You have a strong attention to details, and are able to identify and anticipate problems
* You have good knowledge of negotiation techniques and the ability to deal with decision-makers, mostly Heads of Marketing.
* You love digital marketing, social media, and/or influencer marketing
