The Project!
As a Junior Stock Control Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the reporting of stock for our brands.
What will the role entail?
* Managing stock budgets, overstock forecasting, and follow-up.
* Optimizing stock and inventory.
* Analyzing and monitoring KPIs.
* Budgeting and forecasting for markdowns/off-price sales.
* Preparing purchase and sales reports and analysis.
* Managing inventory reserves and batch transfer requests.
* Coordinating with logistics on return stock availability and warehouse pickups.
* Handling ad-hoc requests from the company.
* Enhancing stock profitability through analysis and management of stock and sales.
* Monitoring sales operations.
* Managing stock between off-price channels and outlets.
* Proposing sales strategies based on stock levels and potential customers.
* Analyzing historical sales data.
* Forecasting customer sales.
* Developing and promoting new digital sales techniques (B2B).

Minimum requirements:
* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
* Proficiency in Excel; SAP ERP experience is mandatory. Knowledge of SAP BO/BEx Analyzer or Power BI is a plus.
* High proficiency in English.
* Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
