Senior Product Manager – Cybersecurity – responsible for shaping and delivering the next generation of secure, cloud‑native data platform capabilities. The role owns end‑to‑end lifecycle of cybersecurity features across a complex global ecosystem, partner with engineering, portfolio and regulatory stakeholders, and ensures clear, actionable roadmaps aligned with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
Strategy Contribution
* Partner with Portfolio Managers during planning cycles to shape cybersecurity initiatives, contributing domain expertise, regulatory context, and risk awareness to scope, sequencing, and acceptance standards.
* Identify and surface cross‑domain dependencies early to support effective sequencing and delivery.
Own Cybersecurity Capabilities Definition & Roadmap End‑to‑End
* Own definition and delivery accountability for capabilities across multiple domains:
o Identity & Access Management and Authorization Services
o Zero Trust and Multi‑Tenancy Security
o Cloud, Data, and Platform Security
o Security Operations and Detection Capabilities
o Secure Device Connectivity and Device / Fleet Lifecycle Management
o External Certification and Compliance Enablement
* Depth in selected domains with outcome ownership and strong coordination across the broader cybersecurity landscape.
* Define clear outcomes, acceptance criteria, service‑level objectives, and compliance expectations for each capability.
* Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and ready for engineering delivery.
* Embed Security by Design and Privacy by Design principles into all definitions.
Translate Regulation into Product Outcomes
* Align initiatives with NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, IEC 62443, GDPR, ISO 27001 and other applicable standards.
* Maintain requirements traceability from regulatory obligations to delivery evidence, supporting audits and governance reviews.
* Act as a trusted product voice in decision points where security, delivery, and business priorities must be balanced.
Collaborate Closely with Engineering
* Hand off well‑defined epics and capabilities to Engineering Product Owners for sprint planning and execution.
* Serve as primary point of contact for requirement clarification and scope interpretation throughout delivery.
* Manage scope changes and emerging risks in partnership with engineering and portfolio managers.
Engage Customers, Stakeholder & Governance
* Collaborate with security, architecture, operations, infrastructure, and risk stakeholders to ensure coherent, auditable, and operationally effective capabilities.
* Communicate capability status, risks, and compliance posture to platform and business leadership.
* Engage with customers, field teams, and partners to validate capabilities against real‑world requirements and contractual obligations.

Qualifications
Experience
* Significant product management experience (typically 5+ years), with at least 3 years in cybersecurity, cloud security, or IoT/industrial platforms.
* Experience in layered product organizations, contributing to strategic planning while owning detailed capability definition.
* Proven ability to influence across a complex, multi‑team organization without direct authority.
Security & Technical Background
* Broad knowledge of cybersecurity domains: security operations, cloud and data protection, device & system security, external certification.
* Solid understanding of identity and access management concepts.
* Strong grasp of regulations and standards such as NIS2, Cyber Resilience Act, IEC 62443, GDPR.
* Ability to translate regulatory requirements into actionable product capabilities.

Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, or related discipline.
* Security certifications (CISSP, CCSP, CSSLP, or equivalent) are a plus.
* Fluent in English; additional European language (French, Spanish, German) is a plus.
