¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
- Full responsibility for the hotel's operations, including P&L, guest satisfaction, staff management, and compliance.
- Define and implement strategic plans to improve performance, occupancy, and revenue.
- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with brand values and service excellence.
- Liaise with ownership and senior management, providing regular performance updates and strategic input.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
- University degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in hotel management, including at least 5 years as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
- Demonstrated experience in driving cultural change, operational improvement, or hotel repositioning.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a clear focus on results and service excellence.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and leadership skills, with the ability to act as a key figure within the organization. xpzdshu
