Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers in the post-sale processUpselling and promoting new productsDrive cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities within dedicated territoryPromoting existing product by improving positioningEnsuring that existing and new products are promoted in an efficient wayDeveloping and maintaining long term relationship with customersWorking closely with sales and marketing manager to ensure efficient communication and collaborationIdentify opportunities to improve the customer experience
