We are seeking a talented professional with a
Scrum Master / Agile Coach profile
to join our international product and technology team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in enabling high-performing, cross-functional teams, driving agile adoption, and ensuring the delivery of impactful digital and AI solutions in the aviation sector.
It is necessary to have a high level of English and Spanish, and to currently reside in Barcelona and/or the surrounding area
What will your day to day be like?
You will be responsible for facilitating Scrum events, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your work will enable product, UX, and engineering teams to collaborate effectively, deliver high-quality solutions, and mature in agile ways of working. You will also support release planning and coordination with service transition processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrum Facilitation.
(Lead and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement. Ensure focus, engagement, and time-box adherence.)
Impediment Removal.
(Identify and resolve blockers, address process inefficiencies, and anticipate potential risks to keep teams productive.)
Agile Coaching.
(Promote Scrum values and principles, guide teams to self-organization, and support agile maturity and cultural change.)
Backlog Support.
(Collaborate with Product Owners to refine user stories, define acceptance criteria, and prepare the backlog for upcoming sprints.)
Process Improvement.
(Run workshops and initiatives to optimize ways of working, document improvements, and track outcomes.)
Team Environment & Culture.
(Foster a collaborative, respectful, and safe environment while protecting the team from external distractions.)
Release Planning & STIM Coordination.
(Support service transition and implementation management processes, coordinating releases in alignment with stakeholders and compliance requirements.)
What are we looking for?
* +3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
* Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile frameworks, and experience with cross-functional product teams.
* Skilled in Jira and Confluence for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
* Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
* Experience with service transition/release processes (STIM) is desirable.
* Experience in AI/data-driven product teams and dual-track agile is a plus.
* Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, etc.) are valued but not mandatory.
* Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, international teams.
