About the Role
We are looking for a Finnish Speaking Google Ads Sales Executive to join an international sales team in Barcelona. In this role, you will work with Finnish-speaking clients, helping them design and optimize online advertising strategies using Google Ads solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, driving customer success while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of Finnish-speaking advertisers
* Identify business needs and recommend tailored Google Ads solutions
* Drive sales growth by optimizing campaigns and improving performance
* Build strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling
* Analyze data and insights to support decision-making and performance improvements
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success
* Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Requirements
* BA/BS degree and/or equivalent practical experience
* C2 level of Finnish and high level of English
* 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising
* Knowledge of Google products such as Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube
* Strong communication, time management, and analytical skills
* Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven mindset
* Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
