We are currently looking for a Junior Contract Management Officer to join our International Organisations team in Alicante.
Main responsibilities
* Contract management
* Collecting and recording work ordering requests
* Collecting proposals
* Carrying out quality review
* Submitting contracts
* Daily contact with consultants, customers, partners and external stakeholders
* Collecting, recording and processing contractual and performance
We look for
* Bachelor degree in Business administration, Accountancy, Communication or a related field.
* Fluent in English
* +1 year of experience in administrative tasks, procurement and/or interaction with customers and suppliers.
* Good command of Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).
* Motivated, willing to learn, flexible and open-minded. Also reliable, responsible and positive team player
