Position
We are looking for a hands‑on
Sales Manager for the Iberia region
to manage day‑to‑day commercial activities across Spain and Portugal. The role focuses on customer management, distributor development and operational execution to support growth in hospitality, retail and distribution channels.
What You Will Do
Manage daily relationships with hotel chains, restaurant groups, retail customers and corporate accounts.
Negotiate and update framework agreements and follow up on ongoing deals.
Coordinate deliveries, service levels and contract renewals with Operations and suppliers.
Maintain and update the sales pipeline, forecasts and profitability reports.
Work closely with finance, legal, marketing and operations to ensure correct pricing and documentation.
Complete technical training on water treatment systems to support customers and distributors.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in sales, key account or distributor management.
Solid negotiation skills and a strong execution‑oriented mindset.
Good understanding of forecasting and commercial KPIs.
Ability to learn technical topics quickly.
Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
Degree in business or a related field; technical knowledge of water systems is an advantage.
Location Field‑based role. National travel and occasional trips to Portugal required.
Contract Permanent (Contrato indefinido).
