The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein, and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. The program allows you to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!
Business France, the French agency for international business development, is in charge of all the administrative procedures of your assignment. Make sure you meet Business France's eligibility criteria to apply for a VIE:

The Martos site based in Spain belongs to the Light Division. We are looking for a VIE Plastic Injection Engineer for a 12‑month assignment within the team. Our Martos plant is one of the biggest sites in the Light Division, in charge of developing and manufacturing lighting products and electronics.
As a Plastic Injection Engineer at Valeo Martos, you will be responsible for injection‑tooling (molds) development for new headlamp and rear‑lamp components for top car makers worldwide, working in a fast‑paced, international and multicultural environment.
Your challenges?
- Analyze the technical feasibility of single or multi‑color injected aesthetic parts.
- Create specific technical specifications for molds intended for consultation with our mold suppliers.
- Analyze and verify 3D designs of molds using CATIA V5 according to a predefined procedure and with a view to launching their manufacturing.
- Monitor the mold tuning phase before transferring them to our production sites.
- Participate with our production teams in the trials and final tuning of the molds once their realization is complete.
- Tackle short, specific missions on targeted technical subjects related to our plastics engineering activity (e.g., film overmolding, mold pressure sensors, etc.).
- Contact R&D;, Projects, and English‑speaking supplier teams.
Let’s Talk About You…
- Hold an engineering degree in plastics engineering with an appreciation for innovation.
- Ideally, have experience in this field.
- Have a fluent level of English and Spanish.
- Training or experience has allowed you to develop real writing skills. Rigor and organizational capacity are prerequisites.
- Have good communication skills, an international mindset, and be open‑minded to new cultures and ways of working.
- Be humble, listening, positive, professional, and diplomatic.
- Knowledge of CATIA V5 CAD software is an advantage.
