This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growth-minded organization that is further advancing our Land and Expand Platform strategy across the Financial Services segment. The role involves owning and managing a mix of existing and prospect accounts, with plans based on ACV, revenue (both existing and new in-year), and KPIs. Responsibilities include developing new ACV opportunities, migrating legacy on-premises FICO technology to the FICO Platform, and leveraging our Decision Intelligence Platform to deliver value across the customer lifecycle.What You Will Contribute
Adopt the ‘FICO Way of Selling’ to drive success in your accountsUnderstand clients’ strategic priorities in Lending and BankingBuild relationships with senior stakeholders in Business and TechnologyIdentify pain points, quantify problems, and coordinate FICO teams to address issuesCreate client business plans and negotiate complex dealsEnsure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationshipsCollaborate with internal teams including Platform SSE, Finance, Legal, and Professional ServicesManage sales quota and activity, aiming for targets and earnings growthWhat We Are Seeking
Proven success in SaaS sales, especially with complex enterprise solutions in Financial ServicesStrong relationship-building skills and a collaborative working styleGrit and determination under tight deadlines and high-pressure situationsFamiliarity with ‘MEDDPICC’ or similar sales qualification methodologiesUnderstanding of Financial Services challenges and technologiesExperience in Consumer Lending, Credit Risk, Retail Banking, or Fraud is a plusStrong soft skills, presentation abilities, and a passion for customer educationWillingness to travel up to 40% within SpainBachelor's degree or relevant work experienceOur Offer to You
