Marketing Lead
Take full ownership and lead the marketing of a fast-growing startup with over €7M in revenue and plans to invest more than €100M in the future of housing.Are you a sharp, entrepreneurial marketing talent ready to build and scale a brand from the ground up? At weVLC, you will lead all things marketing — from strategy to execution — across digital and offline channels. Your mission:
drive growth by attracting tenants, investors, and partners to our flex-living and real estate investment platform in Valencia.This role is for someone who knows how to get attention, scale what works, and deliver results — fast. You are both creative and analytical. You understand performance marketing, but also storytelling and brand. You do not need a background in real estate or investment — but you must know how to create demand, build structure, and own results without needing a big team.You will work directly with the CEO, owning the full marketing roadmap and helping shape the future of the brand as we scale. The opportunity is real:
grow into a Head of Marketing or CMO role as the company expands beyond €100M in investments. This year alone, weVLC will surpass €7M in revenue — and we are just getting started.Ask yourself:

Valencia.WhatwillyoudoLead the marketing activitiesand make sure your work drives real impact on company goals.Design and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels to attract tenants, investors, and partners.Coordinate lead generation campaigns via paid ads, social media, email marketing, and events.Create or manage high-impact content tailored to real estate investors and urban professionals.Build a strong, consistent brand presence across all channels — from campaigns to on-the-ground experience.Analyse and improve campaign performance to maximise lead quality and ROI.Work closely with the sales, real estate, and operations teams to align efforts and share insights.You bringFluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish is a strong plus).Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan, report, and scale campaigns.A creative and strategic mindset with a flair for storytelling and content creation.Data-driven and analytical, with a focus on measurable outcomes.Expertise in digital marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social platforms.Is a plus to be passionate for real estate, flex-living, or building lifestyle-driven brands.️ You bring energy that fits the weVLC team culture.What’sinitforyouThe career adventure of your lifetime in sunny Valencia, Spain.
