The role: Support and Maintenance Engineer (3 positions).
Responsibilities
* Support for SCADA systems and control centres for renewable energy generation assets, as well as integration of industrial control and communication systems;
* Main point of contact with customers for day‑to‑day projects and services;
* Evaluate specifications with customers for new requirements;
* Support in managing suppliers and third parties;
* Coordinate activities with horizontal teams;
* Regularly monitor the service together with the customer;
* Resolve 3rd level incidents (functional and technical);
* Prepare regular service reports and project documentation;
* Provide support for customers and users in the use of Bluence, including occasional trips to the U.S. to visit the customer’s office;
* Train customers and users, and identify and evaluate new requirements.
Qualifications
* Preferably Energy Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or a related CFGS (Higher Technical Certificate);
* Strong command of English (B2–C1);
* Knowledge of renewable energy installations, especially PV and wind power;
* Basic understanding of networks and database management;
* Troubleshooting skills for systems;
* Basic knowledge of industrial communication protocols (IEC‑104, DNP3, OPC, Modbus) desirable;
* Strong customer focus and good communication skills;
* Strong analytical skills.
