VivaGym is experiencing sustained growth, with new gyms opening regularly. The 'IT Assistant Manager' will join the IT Infrastructure team and manage hardware deployments for new locations.
Main responsibilities:
* Travel to deployment sites.
* Manage hardware deployment projects for new company locations:
* Installation, implementation, configuration, and supervision.
* Manage orders and suppliers.
* Coordinate project schedules and tasks.
* Develop procedures.
* Document tasks and projects.
* Manage human resources.
* Manage and maintain hardware and software.
* Manage Information Security.
* Report directly to the IT Manager of Spain as part of the IT Infrastructure team.
* Manage support technicians assigned by the Spain team for each project.

* Excellent organizational and project management skills for hardware deployment.
* Ability to multitask.
* Quick decision-making skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent analytical abilities.
* Ability to work in team environments and manage teams.
* Proactivity and results-oriented focus.
Experience and background:
* Full availability to travel across Spain and Portugal regularly.
* Higher vocational training in Systems Administration, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing hardware deployment projects and opening new locations.
* Experience managing workgroups.
* Knowledge of Network Administration, Communications, Network Security (Firewall, VPN, Antivirus).
* Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration.
* Good problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues on Windows client machines.
* Proficiency in English is valued.
