Job Responsibilities
- Repair of machine breakdowns: Carry out diagnosis and troubleshooting for Corrective Maintenance. For Preventive Maintenance, complete your tasks to the required standard, with the following levels:
- Level 1: Autonomous Maintenance
- Level 2: Preventive Maintenance (Adjustment & replacement of simple components)
- Level 3: Corrective Maintenance (Complex adjustments, spare parts & repairs following procedures and auxiliary equipment)
- SAP PM: Ensure a correct description of work orders
- Control of suppliers: Monitoring of technical assistance
- Spare parts: Component control, monitoring and autonomy in spares management
- Test & Control Predictive Maintenance: Analyze collected values from predictive tasks and detect possible new Predictive Maintenance in assets
- Modifications and Improvements (Kaizen): Develop identified and proposed improvements
- Jobs Documentation: Contribute creating SOIs and similar documents
- Jobs Procedures: Contribute creating procedures related to troubleshooting
- Preventive & Corrective: Review maintenance plan, diagnose assets and write anomaly reports
- Metrology: Operate metrological tools to ensure geometrical compliance; evaluate reports and participate in MFTs (Requests for Calibration / Verification of Measuring Equipment)
- Reports: All maintenance related reports
- Knowledge development: Constantly learning to gain deep knowledge in many areas
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: studies related to industrial maintenance.
- Soft skills: adaptability to new topics, teamwork and proactivity
- Languages: Spanish
Valuable: candidates who have completed an internship in the company would be highly desirable.
