✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* 8+ years of experience in service design, UX, experience strategy, or related fields.
* Deep expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and design thinking methodologies .
* Strong background in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
* Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor design teams.
* Proficiency in tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, Jira, and Confluence .
* Experience working in Agile environments and cross-functional teams.
* Skilled in facilitating ideation, synthesis, and co-creation workshops.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have:
* Experience in Food & Beverage or Luxury Brand sectors.
* Background in B2B, B2C, or omnichannel service environments.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Design and optimize end-to-end service experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
* Create customer journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks.
* Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and pain points.
* Translate insights into strategic opportunities and service improvements.
* Collaborate with product, tech, marketing, and business teams to align design with goals.
* Define and monitor service experience metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, usability).
* Promote inclusive design, accessibility, and design thinking across the organization.
* Mentor junior and mid-level designers in areas like persona development and data analysis.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and integrate emerging practices into service design.
